Architects Statement
Greg Blee and Lee Halligan see themselves as creative problem solvers. They have designed houses on difficult sites, for instance a pair of houses set within historic stone ruins, and have adapted old, undervalued buildings into bright, spatious, flexible homes. Their strength is in looking beyond the awkward spaces or the strangely shaped corner of land to create a home that is clever, cheap to run, easy to maintain and above all exciting to use. The practice prides itself on developing efficient and cost effective designs that squeeze the maximum out of a site or building and to transform it into something really special.

Blee Halligan is one of a number of entries recently added to our Directory of Architects and Designers. For modern properties for sale and to let in the UK, visit The Modern House.
